We run Ottawa's basketball runs ourselves: booked court, balanced teams, a real scoreboard, and a camera on the night. This is where winners play.
Why we built this.
If you've ever tried to organize a pickup run, you know the drill: a chaotic group chat, half the people flake, and you end up driving across the city to a court with three people on it. Leagues solve some of this, but they're expensive, structured, and demand a season-long commitment. Nobody was simply putting on a good night of basketball and handling everything around it.
So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix it, and we run the night ourselves. Real Victors books the court, caps the spots, splits balanced teams, puts a clock and a scoreboard on the game, and films it. You claim a spot, show up, and hoop. Everything else is our job.
We call them RV Runs. Bring a squad and you can book a block of spots together on a Team Night, while solo players get drafted onto balanced teams. Got a team already? Challenging another team directly is open to everyone, no invite needed.
Where we are.
Today, Real Victors is live in Ottawa and only in Ottawa. Every run on the app is right here in the city, on courts we book ourselves. We'd rather be the best run in one city than a thin listing in twenty, so that's where our attention is: more nights, more players who keep coming back, a better run every week.
Reliability is the foundation. Every player has a score. No-shows hurt the run for everyone.
Casual doesn't mean meaningless. Wins and losses count when you're tracking them.
